Parking can be paid for at a pay station or at the exit gate.

+ What are the parking rates?

Parking rates are dependent on the date and time you choose to park. They include:

Monday-Friday:

  • Per 30 mins: $6.00
  • Maximum: $30.00

Weekends:

  • Flat rate (starts at 5:00 AM on Saturday): $11.00

24-hour intercom assistance is available at the pay station or exit terminal. Select the Press for Assistance button to call for help.

+ Where is my receipt?

Receipts are automatically dispensed from the pay station or exit terminal after payment is processed. If you did not retrieve your receipt after making payment, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.

+ What happens if I lose my ticket?

If you misplace or lose your entry ticket, you can obtain a new ticket by selecting the “lost ticket” option on the pay station. Once you pay the lost ticket fee, you will receive a new ticket allowing you to exit. You can also go to the on-site parking office for assistance.

If you overpaid for parking, you are required to validate that your vehicle was not parked in the parking lot for the amount of time that you agreed to pay for. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

+ What do I do if I don’t recognize a charge on my credit card?

If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card, please call your credit card company to verify the charge.

+ How do I report an issue?

If you would like to report an issue, please select the Press for Assistance button on the pay station or exit/entry terminals.

+ The machine says “Invalid Card”. What do I do?

Please insert a different card or select the Press for Assistance button on the pay station or exit terminal.

+ The machine won’t take my ticket. What do I do?

If the machine is unable to read your ticket, select the Press for Assistance button on the pay station or exit terminal.

+ How long will it take for my parking permit to be approved?

It will take up to two business days for your parking permit to be approved.

+ Can I transfer my parking permit to someone else?

No, you cannot transfer your parking permit to someone else.

+ What do I do if I lost my parking permit?

If you lost your parking permit, please contact info@parkademontreal.ca to obtain a new one or visit our website at parkademtl.ca.

+ How do I cancel my parking permit?

To cancel your parking permit, please contact info@parkademontreal.ca a minimum of 30 days before your desired cancellation date.

+ How much notice is required to cancel my parking permit?

30 days’ notice is required when cancelling your parking permit.
